Christian Grimm has been working with us since 2009. He has been Restaurant Manager since January 2011 and recently completed his training as a Wine Steward. His warm and welcoming south German charm is ideally suited to the Restaurant Meridiano.

This latest honour follows the award of one Michelin Star the previous year, confirming Markus Arnold's continuing rise among the culinary elite in Switzerland.
