TOBLERONE - A SWEET SUCCESS STORY
Toblerone - internationally acclaimed as Switzerland's best known chocolate - celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2008. To mark its centenary, the company organized a touring exhibition which was seen in eight Swiss cities and also in neighbouring Germany and Austria. At the end of the tour some of the exhibits were selected for permanent display in our Kursaal Tower. They include original documents, posters and photographs, tracing the history of the company and the "sweet success" it continues to enjoy throughout the world. Today an impressive 90% of the tasty triangular chocolate bars produced in Bern are exported to no fewer than 120 countries.
So don't miss this interesting display in the Kursaal Tower. And don't forget to buy your Toblerone at our Hotel Shop!
